"I am a current tenant and i must say that this is by far one of the most unorganized, unprofessional, and downright lazy property management companies in Lubbock Texas. They ask you to follow procedures and file online maintenance requests but over 30days later and still no action or response. They will however make sure to remind you about your rent. Most of the good reviews on here are from the staff or family members of them and the management team themselves. This is a bad place to rent and I would never recommend this to anyone. I tell everyone looking for somewhere to live to look elsewhere. Don't expect timely responses if any at all. If you want something fixed do it your self or live with it not getting done"

"Sherry at The Greentree is the best!! I've never met anyone who cares about the tenants the way she does. I love living here! Can't forget to mention that maintenance is always fast and responsive!! I have no complaints and will probably renew my lease and move into a bigger one."

"This is the worst rental management I have ever seen in my life. The only good reviews on here are from the staff or family members of them. The maintenance is lazy my fence has been falling apart since I moved in two months ago, they never respond and always make you feel like you're wasting they're time. I'm not sure the name of the younger lady in the office, had the ugliest looks on her face and was on instagram the entire time I was in the office and trying to talk to her. She countiously would roll her eyes and look completely uninterested in what I was saying. This is an awful place and I would never recommend this to anyone. I tell everyone looking for somewhere to live to look elsewhere. The first day we needed our keys I believe sherry? Or Melissa? Was supposed to meet us at the office and showed up 45 minutes late and rushed us like we were an inconvenience. Then only gave us one key. I wish this had a 0 star rating because they do not deserve a single one"

"I would just like to say, Sherry has been very understanding and willing to work with us on anything that has came up. We moved here from San Antonio, and they were there when we needed our keys on the weekend. Any questions I've had, Sherry has been there to help me with it. Our first week there Dylan, the Maintence guy, was always there fixing things to help make us comfortable. It's a nice quiet place and people don't bother you. I would say we have enjoyed living here."

"Not too happy that I just jumped the gun and took the first apartments that I looked at, which were these ones. Roaches are a consistant problem. The bathrooms are not move in ready in fact my bathroom shower was built wrong so they had to redo the tile leaving a mess scattered ALL over my bathroom. If you want ANY maintenance person to come over and help you should call them before anything breaks because it'll take them a good month to respond to you. If you have a bike, DO NOT lock it up down stairs, every night someone will pop your tires. And if you think they have "security", think again. More than half of the time the gate is broken or doesn't even have a lock on it. Oh and steer clear of the dog poop and smell which is lurking everywhere. No one has the courtesy to pick up after their own damn dog. Not happy with my experience. Thank god the rent is cheaper or else I would up and go."
