"2022-2023 I want to start with we’ve lived here before and rented a townhome. Apart from the persistent leaks we had, and our heater issues, it was a pleasant living experience. Unfortunately our lease this year wasn’t the best living experience. If you are a light sleeper, make sure at all cost you get an upstairs unit if you decide to move in. We could literally hear our neighbors walking every step and conversations. A few days later I called and spoke with Marissa and informed her about the stomping above and she apologized and said there is nothing she can do about that, which I understand to an extent, but was unfortunate. Ants were also pretty bad during springtime. We had them go through our master bedroom and crawl up our bed it was bad. They even came in through the closet as well. However they did finally get pest control to spray after 6 days later. During the time period in between we ended up using Terro Ant bait which took care of most of it. We also had mold develop in the master bedroom that appeared after it rained a lot during Spring. We called and made the report and they sent maintenance over right away. I found they had just painted over it and said it was taken care of. 

The second time we reported mold was when we saw it behind the bathroom toilet. They did cut out the sheetrock out and had it removed, but forgot to repair the sheetrock. We ended up having to call them back to finish the repair. 

We had persistent antihistamine and breathing issues while living there our entire lease. Since we’ve been at our new apartment all those symptoms vanished. We also found our sinks clogged before when we moved in we had to clean which was disgusting. We had an incident where feces and brown repulsive water starting coming out from our bathtub which ended up being our top neighbor clogging up their toilet. I also made several reports via email about the smell of weed coming through our vents, but never got a call or reply via email regarding this matter. Our apartment would get cold regardless of the heater being on all the time which racked up our electric bill. On the upside, I found the one thing I will miss would be the unlimited hot water!"

"Peppertree is my wife's and l's first apartment. We are truly never disappointed! The staff is always super friendly, and maintenance is always quick to respond to our needs! We've been here for almost a year, and we're quick to resign our lease. The on-site laundry facilities are a plus, and FREE Wi-Fi?!? The free Wi-Fi especially on days we work from home or stream our regular shows. Love peppertree! I can honestly say we've never had any issues! Also compared to other apartments we've stayed in the past, usually pests and bugs are pretty common. But in the 11 months we've been here, have never seen one critter! Truly amazing!"

"Solid apartment complex maintenance is always quick to respond when there is an issue. The office staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample parking including covered spaces and the grounds of the complex are well manicured and quite pretty."

"Oh man. Where do I begin. The trees are so nice at the apartment, until they fall on your cars windshield and smash it!! And management tells you they are not liable for damages caused by the overgrown trees that are clearly not taken care of. The pool? Is cute, it’s be fun if it were open more than a month at a time. The water is turned off minimum twice a week. If your neighbor cooks your whole apartment will smell like their meal! The water bill was the final straw… I had not lived in my apartment for the last two months of my lease. I moved everything out, unplugged everything and turned utilities off. Then got hit with the highway water bill I’d ever had!!! When I reached out to the company they said that my bill is not individual, but a collection from the entire community. But really besides the super low ceilings, tiny toilets, showers made for people under 5’2”, drafty windows and no parking…it’s a cute complex!"
