"I’ve lived at this property for about a year and management has rapidly gotten worse and worse. The maintenance is unreliable and completely pointless. Any maintenance request we’ve put in takes weeks for them to respond to. Ive put in maintenance request repeatedly for a bathroom faucet that continuously leaks hot water and i just keep getting the run around. It’s been months with the leak getting worse as well as my own utility cost skyrocketing yet they’ve done nothing to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was your last option."

"I lived here a year and had 1 blow out with staff in regards to a leak and their lack of urgency to shampoo carpet and rid the odors! Other than that I enjoyed my time at the duplex and appreciate all the acts of thoughtfulness for residents, such as Halloween festival, riding around distributing ice cream, and offering food in the office all free."

"Office staff is always friendly, nice, and extremely helpful. Maintenance has been prompt and very informative. Our apartment is like living in a house, and we love it! The pool does close sometimes but honestly it is due to people using it that damages and makes it close down. We have loved love the area and atmosphere here so far!"
