There’s no loud external noises even though the apartment is by an elementary. It’s so quiet living here I almost forget I even have neighbors."

"Everything about Somerset has been a great experience for me . It has to be the best rent value in town. The apartments are completely renovated interiors, everything new from paint to all fixtures to flooring. There is a great grass courtyard that is huge; especially great to walk your dog without even leaving the premises. The pool is kept clean and sparkling. The Manager Jill is very involved with her tenants and proactive with any issue you might have. I highly recommend this Apartment Community to anyone looking for a renovated apartment that is not overpriced."

"Great quiet neighborhood! The staff is courteous and the maintenance is prompt. If anything is going to happen they're excellent at letting tenants know. They've been working on the water system allot but, they give notice of what's to be expected. I would recommend this property as they are very professional and the apartments are very well equipped with the things people need."

"I have lived here for almost 2 years in the 1 bedroom and have had a good experience. I’ve seen other reviews and while yes, sometimes the water has to be shut off, it’s because they care about the safety of the tenants and getting it fixed as soon as possible. it’s never off for more than a couple hours and they always let us know via letter, email AND text beforehand and what time it should be back on. I had a mice nest living in my kitchen which is terrible i know, but i believe it’s because the room next to mine is used for maintenance storage. i called the office and let them know it was under my oven, and they brought me a new oven the same day and set traps all around and the rodents were gone in a couple of days. i had a leak in my bathroom sink when i moved in, they took money off my rent, gave me a gift card, and fixed it the same day. Also when i moved in the place had brand new carpet and they let me know the dishwasher was broken but that a new one was already on the way. I’ve made relationships with the maintenance and staff over the years and they are so friendly and are always working hard. The pool doesn’t get cleaned always in time for the summer, but the weather is the main determinant in that. this summer it was raining until June. Somerset has great pricing and they care about their renters. Everyone has a few problems while renting, it’s how the staff handles it. Which from my experience has been superb."
