"Honestly loved living here it was a good size place for my roommates and our dog. Although don’t sign with hub city rentals, different companies own certain units. The property manager has been horrible with helping us. They are impossible to get ahold of and when you do they are rude and never get back to you. The maintenance guys are very nice and helpful when they do come, however getting them to actually come and fix things is takes months and I believe this is because of the property manager being unorganized and unprofessional. I will say the foundation of the townhome isn’t the best, floors are very creaky upstairs but other than that it’s nice and updated and I had no problems living here except for the property manager being a mess."

"Maintenance is terrible. Had an A/C issue and garage won’t close properly effecting the security of our home and 2 days later nobody has shown up. Stay somewhere else. Not worth it! would have gave 0 stars but you have to give 1 to post. 80° in the house and 3 days later nobody has come. Maintenance came and attempted to fix my doorbell but they didn’t have the battery for doorbell. Never came back."

"When I moved in the unit was a mess, it looked like a frat party just took place. Maintenance won’t fix anything unless you’re present which doesn’t work for students and people with jobs, they get there call you and leave before you can come let them in. Then reschedule without even letting you know. The office workers are rude short and take forever to respond. While still demanding rent be paid. Don’t live here until management changes and never rent from Hub City Rentals!"

"We're currently on the hunt for a new place, and thought these townhomes looked really nice! However, the phone number listed on the door and online are out of service, and the website is down. The building has a large "leasing is available" sign on one of the buildings, but the office was closed by 3:30 when we drove by. This is already a red flag for potential leasers. I'll gladly change my star rating once these things get sorted out, and we'd love to tour the premises."

"I absolutely LOVE living here. The floor plan (especially the 2nd floor laundry room - SOLD!), space, and backyard are all great. All bedrooms are basically master suites with their own on-suite bathrooms and generously sized living areas. It’s a smaller community so it’s nice and quiet while still being super accessible to the new West End Shopping Center, restaurants, and my commutes for either work or leisure are so quick because of the ease of access to the loop and Marsha Sharp freeway. The management has been great, and Carleigh is a superb property manager. She is very attentive, has great follow through, and makes sure to ask how everything is going. As with any new property there are kinks, but they’ve been easy and convenient to work through with Carleigh managing the property. I highly recommend this property since it meets so many expectations and exceeds several, as well."
