"I currently rent a home behind HEB. Since they changed management it has been horrible. I needed batteries changed on my smoke detector whose ceiling is about 12-14 feet high they told me if they came I would be charged 80.00 for the time. Really what's the purpose of renting a home if I have to pay all of the maintenance fees? Please do not rent from them. They will change anything even if it's not written on the contract. Lawn care was always done by them also and within a month I got a notice saying I was responsible for keeping the lawn cut or would be getting a 100.00 fee. I pay 2500.00 on rent I do not expect to pay anything more on a rental property since the rent is already ridiculously high. Also, don't bother calling the office the one time I called for the fee the girl was very rude to me at the beginning. Please look for a different rental company. With good customer service, and maintenance included with no fees. UPDATE***** January 10,2024 nobody has contacted me. Since my review was posted on November."

"They charge you for everything! We needed our sprinklers fixed which never got fixed and they still claim they have been charged us to call the maintenance man out again even after the maintenance man text my husband saying he never fixed them. Then charged us $250 late fee because we paid our rent on the last day of the grace period! And now our microwave needs to be fixed and I have been waiting a week just to hear if the maintenance guy is going to come fix it or not! Do not rent with this company they try to squeeze everything out of you! There are bad reviews on this company for a reason."
