"I have lived here for a little over a year and I can say that it has far exceeded all of my expectations. Yes it is an older complex but that adds to the uniqueness and charm of the place. The landscaping is outstanding with big trees, grass, rock gardens of real round river rocks, and flowers. Everything is meticulously maintained. Very dog friendly with a huge fenced dog park. The mgmt team led by Lisa is so tuned into the wants and needs of the tenets, they listen and are very courteous and responsive. The few times I have needed maintenance everything was addressed quickly and competently. Josh and Sam are great and so helpful. I am handicapped and have to get around on a mobilty scooter and the guys regularly check up on me. My health is forcing me to relocate or I would never consider leaving."

"Apartments themselves are fine although very outdated. The staff was incredible and attempted to fix any issues with the age of the place. Worst neighbors I have ever experienced though. Vehicle was broken into every month and was easy to determine it was other residents. No courtesy officer or guards for this establishment. Of all the places I have been stationed in the U.S. and abroad this is the most I have had to deal with vandalism/theft."

"i’ve lived here since the summer and, even though it’s my first apartment, i have to say, this is one of THE best places to live in lubbock! it’s affordable (i live with a roommate and we both pay a little over $400 a month each, not including utilities, but we probably pay $500 a month all together tops), they allow pets, have spacious apartments, kind neighbors, AND the best staff around! the maintenance guys are the sweetest ever and are very friendly and do their best to get things resolved asap no matter the problem, and the front office ladies are kind, caring, and loving! i feel so incredibly safe here which was an important aspect when choosing an apartment since before this i had only lived in dorms. it’s also so gorgeous here and they keep up the landscaping year round, it’s always picturesque! HIGHLY recommend regardless of if you’re a single college student or a family!"

"Deerfield is an awesome place to live! My fiancée and I love it, along with our 2 cats. Everything is maintained very nicely and the office and maintenance staff is extremely nice and willing to help in any way that they can. Our apartment is a great size with enough room to make it our own and live comfortably. We’ve been here for over a year and it has been great."
