"I lived there for 8 yrs. Since New Manager has been there worst service. Apartments are not updated, no pest control, maintenance does not know how to fix anything in the apartments.. She is never in the office does not answer the phone .. I gave a list of maintenance work needed in the apartment. Manager did not give me my 200$ deposit back an claimed the work she had to do cost all of my deposit! Not true the apartment was clean! Worst place to live.. They really need to check that Manager! An her capabilities of Management!!!"

"Getting into these apartments was an absolute nightmare, and now after living here for over a year they have changed companies and it’s even more of a nightmare. They don’t listen, are never in the office, and now they have given us a 377 dollar fine for paying a dollar short on rent when we have paid the same amount for the past year and always round UP on the cent amount. This time included. Don’t live here until they change ownership again because it truly sucks tremendously here."
