"DON’T STAY HERE. They will charge you for things that are ridiculous. Apart from that the rooms are not cleaned and there are dead insects behind beds. They don’t clean properly. They charged me $20 for a face towel because supposedly they couldn’t remove the stains from it and I didn’t even used it. They are very kind when you’re booking a room, but after that they show their true colors by taking advantage of your credit card information and charging things that are not true."

"The rooms are decent but the people working the desk are rude, ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE. They make up different prices each day and don't honor their online reservation prices. If you want a mediocre room for Hilton prices and like people condescending you this is your place. I will NEVER be back."

"There was nothing good about this hotel. Tried to give me a smoking room. Tried to insist that my reservation was for a smoking room and refused to give Expedia permission to give me a refund. “Pru” at the front desk was overwhelmingly rude and incompetent. There were bugs in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting place. Avoid at all costs."
