Sleep Inn & Suites

"This hotel is full of people here working I'm amazed at how quiet it is, usually hear doors slamming not here. As far as everything else there's something a bit off about everything. Rooms got a bit of a funky smell, hot water takes like 5 minutes to warm up, the hot tub pool could have used a shock or more chlorine not too too bad but you can tell. The lady who does the breakfast needs to get trained or get out just doesn't care. Eggs dried out crumbly, coffees always empty she came out with a new pot it tasted like coffee flavored luke warm water and if you ask her she speaks no English whatsoever and doesn't care to try and understand, cereals empty. Breakfast is 4 to 8:30 weekdays till 9 weekends you better be there like 45 minutes early because she starts wrapping it up a half hour early. Basically all I eat there is a bowl of frosted flakes if it's there a bagel if she hasn't put them away and yogurt. I wouldn't care but my vehicles broke down kind of relying on them for breakfast. They have coffee and hot water near the front desk it would be really nice to have ice water lemon water as well most places do this I'm here for a week my options are tap water or overpriced bottled water, the exorcise room has a water cooler but its empty. Truck parking out back big dirt area. There's a Texas roadhouse and Babes bar both of which have good food and are walkable like 10 12 minutes not bad. All in all I travel 90 percent of the year every once in a while you get a place that cares has attention to detail like everywhere you turn its wow that nice of them, you feel welcome. This place isn't the worst I think they've been full of workers and are just kind of skating by with the minimum."

"This is absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stepped foot into. After spending 250$ for 2 days of stay, I didn't even have the amenities of shower and wifi not to mention my TV didn't want to stay on for more than 30 seconds. I asked the staff about the inconvenience and was moved to another room at 11:45 at night. Didn't surprise me that yet again the hot water was non-existent in the second room. I was then told when I asked the staff about the problem that it was "not on them, it was on maintenance". I asked for a discount on the Caesars palace prices I payed for this less than mediocre place and was told the most that the very sleepy staff here at the good Ole sleep inn could do was move me to another room. Never again but this is what I get for not being loyal to Hilton. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!!"

"I was billed a smoking fee and I don’t smoke but the guest before me did so maybe they made double the money by charging me for someone else’s mistake. The hotel manager treated me as if I was a liar and never even returned my phone call"

"I got the room with the oversized bath. It was a nice room. The faucet was a little weird, the faucet itself moved around like it wasn't sealed properly, and the cold tap handle was hard to get on and off...had to swirl it around a good 360° which I don't think it's supposed to do. Lol but it really wasn't too bad, it was awesome to have the jacuzzi tub, and it was clean and staff was friendly."
