"I’ve stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed my stay each time. Rooms are clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. Free hot breakfast available. Seems like something is always wrong each time like the waffle maker and the coffee machine wasn’t working on separate visits. Overall good value and happy with my stays"

"I made reservations at this hotel for a double queen non-smoking room on Priceline. When I arrived they had my sons and I in a smoking room. I told them my reservation was for a non-smoking room and the clerk told me they did not have a non-smoking room. I asked her what if they would refund my room charge and I would go somewhere else. She stated I would have to contact Priceline. I called Priceline and they reached out to the Best Western in Hobbs. The hotel stated they would not refund my room. I did not stay at the hotel stay at the hotel because of the smoking room. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card because I did not receive the room I reserved."
