"I've stayed here 4-5 days out of the month, each month, since April of 2023. The internet is a key ingredient in thier recipe here. Mix this with a friendly staff, and clean rooms, you've got yourself a repeat stayer."

"Okay bare with me I'm not in the right mind frame of mind. I'm from lake jackson so over a 10 hour drive. My vehicle had issues and I was at Walmart getting it fixed. I'm checking in at almost 8pm tired, exhausted frustrated. I 99% sure I modified my booking to check in on Saturday but apparently I didn't. So I got charged for a no show on Friday (family friends discount)plus the higher rate I'm being charged now. Still mourning for the loose of my uncle. I wasn't even thinking little sleep ,tired and emotional or I would have used a hotel savings app When I stepped into my room it smelled of marijuana I was tired and I needed rest. The staff is nice but weren't willing to work with me on prices. Weird random spots on walla, trash not taken out in the hallway trash Breakfast was good Don't get me started on the dish TV where I couldn't even watch because it kept buffering so I'm watching TV on my tablet"

"Awesome staff and we even received a room upgrade since the room we booked was not available. Breakfast is great and has many choices. Close to the casino and other eateries and activities."

"Booked this hotel using the Choice Hotels app, and mistakenly entered wrong expiration date for the (company) credit card I used. The hotel called me to inform they had cancelled the reservation, and the final room had booked to someone else. While I have had generally good experiences with Comfort Suites in other places (including last night,) I plan to never attempt to stay at this location again. Edit to respond to manager: I stayed at a different Comfort Suites the night before. The system does not automatically cancel a reservation. It was done manually. I will now specifically avoid this location, due to their dishonesty."
