"I am currently living here and I must say this apartment complex is beautiful and very clean. You have it all in one spot! Barbeque area, pool, basketball, and gym. Angel and Lupe are very attentive and answer all your questions at anytime. It was a big change for my family and I since we came from Miami, Fl in July 2023, but I must say my children love being here! I am not too fond of Hobbs, NM, but living in this complex was the best choice I made while being here."

"If you're friends with Lupe then you can even get away with Murder. A man was killed there and management suddenly had no video plus they hid the murderer in a vacant apartment while the police searched for him. All the residents saw him!!! We were hiding in fear. Lupe also had a female friend who is extremely violent living there ( hopefully she's gone by now) The woman would party and d4ink at the pool with Lupe and other management. She was responsible for attacking 3 different woman and turning the BBQ/Pool Parties into bloody drama. Not a good family environment for sure. Oh and to top it all off I called yhe police when she attacked me. Again the cameras aren't working officer. When we told the truth our lives became hell. They destroyed both of our vehicles and the evicted us. Then wanted almost $4000 but not a single thing was damaged in my apartment. Safer places to live in Hobbs. Your families deserve to live in peace not be subject to criminal behavior and violence. Sad thing is the other neighbors moved out and suggested we do the same. They warned us but we didn't listen.... Lupe is still manager and she's the biggest problem they have there."

"Great Place to Live, Angel and Lupe are helpful when it comes to apartment needs .Overall Management is great and they’re willing to answer your questions , Juan and Chris are amazing maintenance men. The Sorrento Apartments made me feel safe moving miles away from home ."
