"They got bought out last year. They used to be great and now it is nothing but frustration, people not having an idea of what is going on, and me having gaps of no medication which is very unhealthy for me. The new owners are literally running the company into the dirt. Trust me, the good rating they have is from the solid years past that they had before they were bought. Stay far away from this place. I want to add to my review since Low T responded to me. The thing is, things couldn't have been easier for the client.. so there is no way you're making it better. Also, you say this but employees of Low T have literally said the same thing I put in this review TO MY FACE. You know it is bad when an employee is that open to a customer... Update 01/30/2024: I got 2 shipments without issues on the new program until now. Now, I am having issues again. Low T is ONLY the blood work center now. They tell you they can't help with your order anymore. The pharmacy isn't answering my calls. The Nimble app that says to contact support for my order only has an email option. So what has changed? Low T center can now point blame elsewhere and not help you. I tried, but I'm looking elsewhere now."
"Initially I loved this place. But on my initial data entry they annotated the incorrect date of birth. Also they didn’t catch this until after a got my second dose. Therefore I had to redo my initial bloodwork twice. This was not my fault or my mistake, I wish I could stay with this clinic but their procedures are redundant and dumb at best. All in all I had to do almost six visits for two dosages. Get it together please!"
"Ridiculous how now you have to keep showing up & pay over $130to keep receiving medication when it wasn’t this way before and it worked flawlessly. It’s becoming how obvious the money matters more to this new buyer. Back to back months with required visits in additions every 3 months visits. Company got bought and it has been frustrating. Lack of communication. Do yourself a favor and go to trt nation instead."
"Absolute horrible customer service. I was transferred to this place on a recommendation from my previous place. My previous place called down there, gave me paperwork, and when I showed up it was like she didn’t even know, had me enter my information to check-in (which is for existing customers) then told me Id have to do more tests etc…all while being a complete “B” about it all. Dont go there."
"I normally don't rate 1 star, but this place had every chance to redeem and didn't. Made my first appointment online and paid $99 for bloodwork/insurance. Came back for my second appointment to get information from the bloodwork and start my first treatment. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't submit a clear picture of the insurance card and it had to be re-submitted and my treatment was pushed off another office visit. On my third appointment, I was told they don't take my insurance and would have to self-pay. Honesty is very misleading from the website that lists my insurance. Moving forward I take my first treatment in the office and pay the fee. Was told your home treatment should arrive in 4 to 7 days. Make sure you start as soon as you receive it. I am waiting for my shipment nothing ever shows up, checking the app online and FedEx doesn't pull up the tracking number. I call on day 7 asking where is my shipment, was told several different things which none of them was my fault. I called the corporate office and was told someone would call me back, never received that call. After calling and trying to get someone to figure out what is happening here. We are on day 9 from when I was supposed to be starting my treatment and I have nothing. I am told that they weren't able to process my credit card on July 5, even though the charge went thru on my side. The doctor (whoever) authorizes your treatment and you should have it the next day. I get a message saying my treatment will arrive in 4 days!! I explained this to the receptionist that I have been dealing with. She said let me get with the doctor and I will call you back. This place has a lot to work on when it comes to customer service. In my opinion that had several times to help and make it right."
