"So I’m new here to Texas. A friend referred me to this pediatrician for my daughter. I called and they got her in the same day. On my way to the appointment I was stopped by a train in Schertz. I called the office TWICE to tell them I’m running late due to the slow train. No one answered the phone!! I showed up to the appointment and the doctor refused to see my daughter! Even with 3 receptionist sitting at the front desk not one can pick up the phone! I showed them my phone log and the receptionist who went back to speak to the doctor a 2nd time and she still refused to see my daughter. For being a first time visit and a referral, I just left!!! I do not recommend this place! Being treated like crap sure does leave a sour taste in your mouth!"

"Really love the doctors at A Thru Z! The front could be a little more friendly but it’s is what it is. As long as I’m getting great care from daughters doctors that’s enough for me! I can always express my concerns and they always listen and provide exceptional care. Would highly recommend. They also take Medicaid which is awesome!"

"I love taking my daughter here! Even without insurance its still affordable to make sure your child is healthy!! The nurses were amazing dealing with my baby screaming & crying during shots & the Dr took care of what we needed quickly. They also helped me update my child’s shot records which I greatly appreciate. Thank you A thru Z!!"

"I will not be bringing my daughter back to this location. Absolutely the worst experience. My daughter was a new patient here since moving in the area and has only been seen here one other time. My daughter was seen at the emergency room on 11/9 and went back for the same exact thing last night 11/13 at 10:45 but the hospital visit poured over till today 11/14. She had gotten extremely worse and needed further testing from her doctor (instructions for the doctor were typed to give to them). When calling the front office to make an appointment, you listen to about 10 minutes of dead air. No hold music.. nothing. When a rep finally answered I got a woman named Victoria. I told her about the two visits and how the doctor told me it was important to have her checked as soon as possible for her condition. Victoria let me know that they practice not to see patients unless 24 hours has passed since their hospital visit. I let her know that my daughter needed an appointment for the 11/9 visit then. She insisted the office couldn’t see my daughter unless 24 hours had passed since her last visit. I informed her it was for the exact same thing so I didn’t understand why. She put me on hold only to come back and tell me that they wouldn’t be seeing my daughter unless 24 hours had passed because my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. I’ve never had this problem on the other side of town especially with her insurance. (And here’s the kicker, they wouldn’t allow me to pay out of pocket for her visit either! Like seriously?!). So I called the insurance and spoke with our rep Rachel who told me that was not true, the visit would be paid for in full because hospital bills and doctors office visits are billed in different codes, etc. So I verified I could make an appointment with her old doctor that same day and I did. They were happy to take her with ALL given information. I would definitely rather drive the 30 minutes then come back here. I made a complaint with my insurance against this practice as well."
