"Staff is friendly not as thorough as they should be. Busy paying attention to their coworkers conversations rather than the patients needs or necesites. After my exam, I stopped at check out desk expecting my schedule for a referral for a annual mammogram. Instead I was assured I was cleared to go. I called back feeling unsure of my clearance. Questioning about the protocol for my referral/ annual appointment. The recepción paused as I explained what had just occurred. Expecting to be retreated. She instead let me know they could fax and make the appointment for me or to expect a call from the other facility to confirm the appointment. So I agreed and will wait. Before I call the other facility to confirm. The contrary Dr. Parente is extremely professional and compassionate. Because of her I keep returning. Respectfully"
