"I'm sorry, but LDFM was amazing when I first started coming about 4 years ago. The visits are just as good as ever--but the patient callback, the urgency with refills, all the background stuff has gone absolutely downhill. I've been reassured that my prescription would be refilled the day of my appointment, the day after, and the day after that (today)--and my pharmacy has received nothing. 3 separate occasions of being reassured I'd have my prescription, and I have nothing. My work is being severely affected. I can get terminated for poor performance. So at this point LDFM is putting my well-being at risk. Please go back to how y'all were, because this is shockingly bad."
