"I transitioned to MD Trucare for my psychiatry from another practice, and the difference is like a breath of fresh air. Dr. Khawaja and his team made sure to make me feel welcome to bring up any questions or concerns. I feel more in control of my treatment than before, as he works closely with me when making any changes. I was even asked when I felt I should come back for the next appointment, which was surprising - my last place made it seem like once a month was mandatory! The only thing I had to get used to at MD Trucare was the use of AI recording to get a transcript of the appointments, but this does not interfere with discussion with the doctor and ensures their notes are complete. The office is also very nice :) Overall, I am very glad I made the decision to come here!"

"Whoever is in charge of the front desk and scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Either properly train your staff or replace them with automated systems. My only experience with this place was trying to schedule and it goes as followed. I called asking when they have appointments available, staff immediately starts asking for my health insurance info. I tell them I don’t want to find and provide all this info without an understanding of their availability. The staff says I can be seen either this week or next week. I provide all this info they then decided to tell me they can’t schedule me someone will have to call back to schedule?… okay please explain that ahead of time when I was clearly asking about scheduling, I would of just called another office. Wait 24 hours no call. Call back, same staff member says they don’t have any info can’t give me an eta on when I’ll be seen and then decided to tell me it will take 5 days just to set up an appointment? Hung up the call and schedule with another office in less that 5 mins. This staff is an absolute joke and whoever runs this business should be embarrassed this is your representative on first contact."

"Scheduling with this office is a nightmare, and yet they insist on a visit every month in order to continue my prescription. The provider was late to my telehealth call and I was unable to accommodate and they charged ME a no show fee. The visit has to be in person every few months in order to continue my prescription (which is less than ideal since it’s a 40 minute drive, but at least only a couple times a year) for which I had an appointment scheduled in January. They called yesterday to see if I could switch to today and I said I could make that work. Only for them to call an hour before the appointment and switch it to a telehealth visit. My January appointment was already canceled and if I were to cancel today’s visit since it was not in person as it was supposed to be, then they were going to charge me the no show fee. If there is a month they haven’t been able to schedule a visit and you submit a refill request, they also charge a fee for that. If they’re going to require their patients to have monthly visits then they need to come up with a more consistent scheduling process. My anxiety is bad enough as it is, this hassle makes it even worse and is completely counterproductive especially coming from the place that is supposed to be assisting my mental health. I love Jasey, she’s awesome, but everything else makes me not even want to deal with this place."

"Staff and medical professionals are kind courteous and organized. Dr E displays great care for endocrinology needs. Dr. K listens to make appropriate diagnoses. Our family really appreciates the volume of different service needs they address. This has allowed for great communication on all sides and no medication conflicts or mishaps. All as a one stop shop!"
