"I've been meet with callousness and "cookie cutter" responses about my health conditions by PA. Lori (or Laura) and authorized by Dr. Bestawarus. Dr. Bestawrous is apparently dealing with major compassion fatigue because he no longer cares to follow up with his patients directly himself, no longer cares to take the time to follow up on his patient's new and continuing health concerns, and no longer cares about creating updated and individualized treatment plans for his patients. When I was informed I was pre-diabetic for type 2 diabetes, their only treatment plan for me was to exercise and lower my carb intake. That's fine but I already run 20-25 miles a week, fit, and have pretty clean eating habits (I'm vegetarian and my diet mainly consists of mostly veggies and I'm not over weight), so their only advice was something I'm already doing and that was no cause for concern for them to do more investigating. They asked no follow up questions, just quickly told me my results over the phone and ended the call. I've also struggled with insomnia for years. I've tried melatonin, magnesium, over the counter sleep aids (that kind of worked but end up developing a tolerance and not feeling productive in the next day), teas etc, and prescribed sleep aids were the only thing that worked for me. I would only use them after trying everything else, and a 30 day prescription would last me 6 months to a full year, so I obviously didn't abuse them. Without reasoning, I was denied them and told by PA. Lori to take melatonin and magnesium. Her responses are lazy. I had already informed her that I already take those and then she proceeded to repeat herself and informed me that Dr. Bestawrous signed off on this without any reason other than, "Well, we don't want to start you on these so young." Welp, I'm 41, an emptinester, a clinical psychotherapist, and in 6 years prescribed them by their office maybe 4 times. There are zero indicators that I'm at risk of addiction unless they're judging me on my skin color alone and I'd REALLY hate to think that because I don't typically think that way. After being with this doctor for approx. 6 years, it's time for me to have fresh eyes on my health. The moment I began having actually health concerns this doctor's office failed me. This practice is not for the sick, it's for the already healthy so they can get quick and easy money. The only reason why this doctor's office deserves their one star (not that I had a choice) is for their front desk staff/med assistants. I feel sorry for them because you can tell they're overworked and if the way I've been treated is any indication on how they are treated, their needs and concerns are not being heard or met. They have always been kind and caring staff but you can tell they're stressed out. Would not recommend if you actually need to address health concerns. Pure laziness."

"Dr Bestawrous has damaged me and robbed me of the rest of my life. He improperly prescribed medications without examination without follow-up causing Untold damage to me but physically and emotionally and I intend to bring suit against him and his clinic for what he has done to me he has robbed me of the rest of my life"

"Very unprofessional staff; not competent at all. They cut you off when you are speaking, even when listing medications and symptoms. They speak very fast and unclearly; not stopping when patient is verbalizing they cannot understand the plan. They rush you out of the office and just want you to prescribe you something and send you off. There was one provide we say initially and she was the only one that was kind and took her time to understand my mom as a new patient. We saw different providers each time, no consistency in our care. Front office staff is friendly but also unable to answer any questions. Absolutely no portal or any way of getting my own medical records. They looked at me in shock when I asked and reminded me I would need to pay for each page and then told me to come back later. They made me feel very uncomfortable for even asking."

"Disgusting doctors office. Very old and dingy, dirty, not ADA accessible, outdated technology and rude ownership. Don’t bother going there if you’re in a wheelchair. There are clunky doormats, torn up rugs and not enough room to accommodate a wheelchair in their exam rooms. No automatic door either. I don’t know how they’re allowed to operate a doctors office with the unsanitary conditions. They make you go there to refill prescriptions so they can hand you a prescription to take to your pharmacy. Won’t even call it in. They don’t even offer Zoom calls or tele visits. Never fix or address issues themselves, but refer you to specialists that never follows up. Been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no such luck. If you only need to be weighed, have your temperature checked, or blood pressure taken, then you found the right doctors office. When I wanted to voice my opinion on the lack of communication throughout their staff and our experience, I didn’t even know the rude girl happened to be the owner,Christine Bestawrous. But she was quick to throw that detail in my face. Well she owns the clinic, so she can own this review. What a sad thing. I feel sorry for the people that have to work there. The most unprofessional clinic in town . I would never recommend this clinic."

"By far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. My priority as a patient was below 0 as I sat in their office and was refused to be seen. Currently I have been on hold with the office for 1 hour and 2 minutes. It was a simple issue regarding an Rx refill that began 4 days ago. When the Bestawrous Family clinic failed to notify my pharmacy that they declined to refill my prescription 4 days ago, it has been an ongoing issue getting in touch with the single doctor on sight to simply approve a refill that I needed to get through Xmas Eve and Xmas day. (Of course closed on the holidays). Not to mention, I have an appointment to approve the refill the day after Xmas. Very long story short I was told If I came to the office I could get a 2 day rx written. I left work for 1 hour and it was made clear to me that my value as a patient was zero since the only doctor refused to write the script. I was promised over the phone to get a two day Zoloft refill in order to improve my withdrawal symptoms over the holiday mid week. Apparently doc on site changed her mind last minute. Meanwhile, I am still on hold after 1 hour and 8 minutes. I understand there are logistics regarding getting certain refills, but simply the lack of care or priority over certain patients is disconcerting when a simple phone call from doc to refill was all that was needed. They do not care about you as a patient."
