"This place has very poor follow through on phone calls if they even listen to messages. They leave patients sitting at home in pain for several days to weeks. It's sad that someone has to drive up to the clinic just to get answers. Gas these days is NOT cheap. This is very telling of the kind of Healthcare my family is receiving and very alarming. Yes, I understand they probably get slammed but that's why you hire more employees...to keep up with the demands of the patients and work. Afterall....shouldn't the patient and their Healthcare be more prioritized than just cranking out patients. This place needs a complete rehaul."

"Nice staff! As of 2020-07-14 with the pandemic this is what I can decipher for their work hours. 1st and foremost call before you head over there. Make sure the hours haven’t changed or they haven’t closed up early. Mon. thru Thurs. Wellness Visits and Labs 8 am to 11 am Sick Patients 1 pm to 4 pm Fri. Sick Patients/Wellness Visits and Labs 8 am to 11 am 1st come 1st serve so be there and waiting outside the locked door at least 1 hour before 8 am or 1 pm depending on your type of visit. Expect a minimum of 2 to 3 hours wait once the door is unlocked.  Hope you are within the daily limit of patients to be serviced. My understanding if the nurse practitioner only wants to see 10 and you’re number 11 and been waiting outside your SOL. My suggestion, if you call let it ring off the wall. You need to remember there is only one person that is answering phones and screening all patients. It may be 2 to 4 hours before you get a return phone call if you use the answering service. Stay healthy!"

"Very thorough, but prescription electronic submissions to pharmacy is a little stagnant. Maybe tech issues."
