She clearly and quickly went through the contract, gave me a few important tips for getting in and out the property, retrieving the lock and opening the unit. "Trying to access my unit on a Tuesday @2:30 pm. All fees paid on time but yet my access code is denied and the remote access is not working. Both of these issues have been recurring to many times. Website states office is closed. Thus facility is Ridiculous. On top of that they have the balls to raise my fees $20. I’m pulling my stuff out. Don’t use this facility"

"Started renting a unit here the first day the new manager Miss Debbie took over and it’s been a great experience overall. She’s always really nice and is very helpful. I’ve locked myself out of my unit twice and each time she helped me out with a big smile on her face. The property is always clean as well as the dumpsters. Compared to any other storage place in the area this one is hands down the most kept up with and best option around. Rates are affordable and the customer service is A1!
