"While the staff at this location were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the installers were the worst workers I’ve ever seen. We were having less than 350 sqft of our home done with LVP to match the existing LVP we had in other parts of our home. The first set of installers that came, ripped up the carpet and very poorly laid some float and left. When asking why they were leaving so soon he said it was going to take a whole day for the float to dry, they left and it was dry within the hour, it was 11am. The next day the install manager sent only his worker to complete the job. The man brought his 2 kids who I had to entertain in my own home. When he realized he wasn’t able to complete the job he called his manager and while on speaker phone they started speaking ill of me in Spanish not knowing I speak and understand it fluently. The worker left and left us with a half done home where we had to deal with concrete and half laid float for 2 weeks. The next set of installers came and said they wouldn’t be able to complete the job again because it was going to be too much work to connect the floors for a seamless transition. He also informed me that we didn’t have the right transition strips even if he wanted to do it. So his solution was to cut the floors and glue them to the existing pieces. Now I am waiting for them to come for a 3rd time to inspect everything and possibly have the whole thing done all over again. Due to bubbles and dips, bad cuts and glued pieces. This company should be ashamed to have the workers they have representing them. I’ve asked for some kind of compensation and I’ll I get is an “I’m sorry” I can’t wait for this nightmare to be over so I never have to deal with these people again."
