"I was very suprised when I went I into the store people were walking around not doing to much of anything. I went to the lumber yard and had to wait until some one could help me. Their was only one person working in this department at this time. A lot of employees were just walking around and outside they were sitting on carts smoking cigs not helping anyone. Finally I got Ivan and he helped me a lot. He even helped me in other departments. He is such a sweet young man. Did a great job. So I went to check out and met this wonderful lady maybe A little older than me. She was very efficient and very knowledgeable of all the store. I asked her of the 3 young men that were outside smoking and walking around. She said they always do that . this store really needs help. One of the young men was Chris so don't get him when you go to the store he won't help you. As for Ivan and the lady that checked me out they get a 10 on my list. GM you need to just pop in the store every now and then and you will see."
