"Very upset I went up to get my gender in an envelope. All receptionist had to do was give me the envelope but she decided to open it and write in a blue marker and circle what we were having. I knew she gave it away by doing that as soon as we did our little gender reveal we knew it was a boy because the receptionist did that. Very disappointed in her. This was our second baby after losing our very first baby. And she ruined it. I feel like they shouldn’t be aloud to open anything up in front of the patient. If anything she shouldn’t had there was nothing for her to do besides just hand it over."
"The absolute WORST patient care. They don’t care about you here. They don’t answer questions. Nothing here is an emergency to them. They’d rather you die than them have to take care of you. Doctors and nurses. Safer to drive an hour to lubbock than come here."
"Absolutely THE WORST staff. Beginning with the Business Office. Apparently, if you loathe working with people, have no concept of dignity & respect, hate working in general - then apply for a Business Office position! They really set the mood for quality of care for the duration of your visit. Absolutely ZERO transparency, expectations or information for Outpatient Services. No family is allowed - so patients that are sick are unable to communicate what should be expected. There's no conversations regarding emergency contacts or primary contacts in the event something goes wrong. The patient & family are left blind, during a time of stress & anxiety (when a family member is critically ill). Absolutely appalling to view their website & see their claims of care when the experience is so far from the claims. Obviously, there is no sense of meaningful care."
"i had the best care when i had my out patient surgery done in January, from doctor to nurses and other departments they all made me feel that i'm well taken cared for and they checked on me few days after the procedure. that was nice. Thankful for this little hospital. Blessed to have you in such a tiny town."
"I just had surgery almost two weeks ago. I had the best experience ever. Hats off to Dr. Frankfather and his crew. Everyone from the lab tech, X-ray tech, nurses, anesthesiologist and of course my doctor. God bless this hospital and staff. I'm blessed!!! PS originally from California and you guys are right there with the best"
