"JESSICA IS AMAZING!! She is very knowledgeable about different breeds, patient and understanding. My babies are difficult and she handles them beautifully. She is VERY straight forward with you, so don't take it personally. She just tells you like it is for the benifit of your pet. Wouldn't trust anyone else."
"She took me in the last minute the week of Christmas, she stayed late, and groomed my little dog that was from out of town. The grooming was perfect! If I lived here I would use this groomer full time. Thank you."
"We were visiting the area from California, and had the best experience at Foxy Paws Boutique. My dog gets very anxious from traveling, and especially around new people. The environment was so calm, and the groomer was just fantastic. She was so gentle, and let my dog get comfortable at her own pace before her groom. I wish we lived in the area, so we could be full time customers. My dog and I left as very happy customers! My anxious pup was beautifully groomed and relaxed. I would highly, highly, recommend this spa to anyone!"
"I did not have a good experience, it was our first time and as we entered the door we were greeted by a big standard size poodle who came barking and running towards us, (myself and my dogs) it scared my small Yorkie poo so much that she started trying to get out the door and flipping around until she managed to wiggle herself loose from her harness. She darted straight towards Todd’s Road and all the traffic, after frantically chasing her down, and luckily being able to get her to come to me before she got hit I debated on whether I wanted to leave them to be groomed. There were two dogs and a cat or two roaming freely around inside. I decided to go ahead and let her groom the dogs bc she promised the door would stay locked and my dogs would be crated unless they were being groomed. When I came back to pick up the dogs the groomer confronted me with my small 5 pound Yorkie asking when was the last time he saw a vet? It happened to be the day before. He was seen at the vet for shots and a check up, she proceeded to tell me his jaw was broken due to tooth decay. I knew there wasn’t anything wrong with him when I dropped him off, So this naturally concerned me. I took him back to the vet after we left the groomer for a second check up where the Vet made it clear that his jaw was NOT broken and that he was fine. His teeth are due for a cleaning but he assured me we were not in any emergency situation. He is six years old and has normal aging of the teeth for a small breed dog. It was a stressful day for not only my dogs but also myself and we will not be returning."
"I dropped off my Husky off to get a nice cleaning after adopting him from the Humane Society. Jess took *EXCELLENT* care of him. He seems like a whole new dog! She even gave me some helpful dog care tips, and this isn't even close to being my first dog. I cannot recommend this place enough!"
