"I went for a work trip and ended up really enjoying the area. We had rain the whole time and they were quick to offer me an umbrella. The location is perfect for walking to places for a quick bite or drinks with a lot of different options. Don't forget to stop at their awesome bar for a nice cocktail."

"Parking wasn’t great as I drive a truck but aside from that it was amazing. The check in/out process was seamless, the hold on my card was released upon check out which was a pleasant surprise. The room was simply amazing from the mattress to the stunning bathroom."

"I would not advise to stay here or the Louisville location. After 2 weeks of trying to reach a manager to simply return an item, and then to be told false information is frustrating. They have a 30 day refund policy and don't honor it. Driving 30 minutes out of my way to be turned away is upsetting. I would have never bought this item if I was told correct information in the begin with. In addition, the staff is not well trained and do not communicate well with one another. The rooms were mediocre at best, so I will never stay in another 21 C. I wanted to edit my response so I can comment on the response to my review. I originally spoke with Jason from the Louisville location and he arranged with the Lexington Manager for me to return the item in Lexington. I later spoke with Sarah, and she offered to let me trade my item for a discounted used item that would hopefully be more fitting. When I arrived the item was in such poor shape, that I decided that a refund was best for me. The person working the front desk was on the phone with the manager, but the manager refused a refund. There is a 30 day refund policy, so this policy is not being honored. I was told that someone would call me to have this situation resolved, but no one from either location returned my call. I also called Sarah today and she never returned my phone call. Very unprofessional! I bought the item on December 31st, and have been trying to refund the item for 17 days now. This is unacceptable!"

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location was wonderful, as we walked to dinner each night at two excellent restaurants. However, it would be nice if you didn't have to ask for ice to be sent to your room - with a tip probably expected - and there is only one small shelf available in the mini-bar refrigerator. All of this made it difficult for us to travel with perishable food during the holiday season."

"One night stay, returning guests. No real problems. Corner room was very small, not my favorite layout. We accidentally left 2 shirts and 1 dress in the closet. I called the next day and they said the located the items and would ship them. I was quite thankful. But, bummed the dress was not found. The shirts were returned, but not the dress. Someone has a nice brand new dress out there:)"
