"Giving birth to my 2nd child, you can never go wrong with Baylor, however this location was my first time being a patient. I delivered on 01/30/24, i want to Thank each and one of these Nurses that kept checking up on me and took care of me. My experience was amazing, postpartum unit clean.Fortunately everything went well no complications. If in the future we hit for 3rd baby, we will come back."

"Had a baby here, the nurses in labor and delivery and everywhere I went were all very nice and helpful and the doctors are good. The NICU is really nice too, each baby has their own room so you can be there and have privacy anytime you want. They took great care of my baby and made sure everything was explained to us and we understood what was going on and had everything we need. I’d definitely come back and recommend it."

"They didn’t let my husband be with me during a basic but serious procedure, it want even a surgery it was a test done for women.. I expressed for me it was a necessity and was extremely uncomfortable without him. As a result I have felt traumatized for the past few days, it was incredibly painful with no sedation. I will be fine but this hospital should SERIOUSLY reevaluate its policy. If a patient is in tears and clearly needing emotional support from their spouse for a simple test and them to not allow that is inhumane. I know for a fact other places let their spouses be with them during this exact procedure. I will make sure to never come back or let my loved ones near this place."

"We took my husband to the ER today and it was honestly the worst experience we have ever had! If you are in the area and have an emergency do not go here! They don’t explain the person triaging you is the NP that will be treating you. Then my husband was placed in a chair in the hallway for his visit. We didn’t know who was who. While the gentleman from registration was getting my husbands info from him the NP came up behind my husband and told him they reviewed the XRays and he has a fracture. But because she was behind him he didn’t know who she was. I would expect a provider to also tell you the game plan. But no. That’s all she told him. The only person consistent was the Tech that checked on him and applied his splint. He went in with pain an 8/10 and they didn’t offer him any medication. He finally asked for it when they said they were going to put on his splint. He didn’t even see his nurse until she came to discharge him! That experience was a complete fail. I know these facilities are very busy and understaffed but patients deserve better. From this point on I will be sure to warn everyone I know and tell them to avoid this ER at all costs!"

"I was transported here due to a broken ankle and every individual that I encountered were extremely kind. Anesthesiologist Chris is who got me through the traumatic situation. He literally held my hand through it. Overall amazing staff. They made sure that I was comfortable, not experiencing pain, and informed on what was going on during my entire visit. I'll never forget."
