"My father was staying at this hospital and I could tell that the experience was not good. Most of the nurses that were assigned to take care of my father were negligent and had lack of training. There was little to no communication and commitment. They messed up the doctor order for the surgery and still didn't care about making sure that it was going to happen the following day. I don't recommend going to this hospital if you wish to have proper treatment and care. Terrible."

"Was told after waiting 11 hours at another hospital for a room they had one here so we transferred. 6 hours later still sitting in the lobby. Total money grab by this place. Will never stay here again. Edit: other than the experience in ER, the staff here has been awesome. From the nurses, Doctors to patient care technicians. I was a bit hasty in reviewing this hospital. I'd definitely come back based on the care I got after the first day/night."

"I was airlifted to Medical City completely unaware/in denial about my he severity of my condition. The ladies in labor and delivery worked hard to get me stable, each one of them made me feel like myself and my child was a priority. Due to my high pb and pre eclampsia caused from Covid I still had to deliver my daughter 10 weeks early but everything worked out for the best. Again ladies in postpartum were great! Very helpful and attentive to my needs and condition. They were friendly and sweet. My baby is currently in NICU and the staff is amazing with her. I get updated weekly and my baby is doing well! We still have a long road ahead of us but I’m so thankful their team."

"I have the best experience here. Just gave birth to my second baby. I was induced by the best OB/GYN doctor, Dr. John M Parker, and medical staff here. The L&D nurses are absolutely amazing and professional. Erika and Bailey were on shift to help me with my labor. They are very helpful and professional. They came my room every 15minute to check. They explained throughly every single detail for me when they started every procedure on me. When I was doing labor, they encouraged and supported me . Without their help, my labor might be harder. The inducton was done within 11 hours. I pushed my baby within 5 minutes. The post partum care department is very helpful too. I am so blessed to find Dr Parker. He once told me that this is a very good equipped hospital."
