"I have used this Consumer Cellular at this target since last year. I am having an issue with my Connect Pad about connections. I have not been able to make calls or receive calls. When I went to the CC counter there was a man sitting there playing on his cell phone. How surprised I was to fine that he is an employee. No good morning or greetings other than "can I help you" spoken like he was bored to tears. The second clerk showed up and I explained to him I cannot make calls and he told me that there was nothing to he could do or fix. I asked him if he could contact CC for me so I could get this issue resolve. He said no, when I asked him what I should do. I just cot a shoulder shrug. I had to borrow my friends cell phone to make a call to CC. I have been 4 hours trying to solve this problem. I lost a very important call because of this issue. When I finally got a hold of CC, they set me up with a new sim card that will be installed by the Target over in Hamburg place. I will not use CC service at the Nicholasville and Reynolds road ever again, and I will tell my senior friends not to use this particular store for their Consumer Cellular needs."
