"I had a pleasant & wonderful experience here! The front desk professional Alyssa is great! I came down for breakfast and it was amazing & also the maple cinnamon roll you can’t beat it ~ this hotel stands out very chill and the gym I had an intense and great work out by myself! Alyssa, a loft team are wonderful people and I’ll highly recommend when in Houston, Woodlands or surrounding parts to stay with them you will feel welcome and have a relaxing & soothing experience!"

"Don’t waste your money. Find someplace else to stay. This location is good if you plan on partying and then coming back to the room to only sleep. Rooms are very uncomfortable and is not a place you want to stay to relax. The lobby is more comfortable than the room. The bed was lumpy and uneven and the fire alarm light flashing ever 5 seconds was annoying. No free breakfast served like at other Marriotts and the $10 breakfast that was served is a sandwich and piece of fruit. Coffee was horrible and no creamer. We booked for three people. We got one king size bed, and no rollaway. They had no solutions other than sleep on the floor, which had no carpeting and only offered us sheets and one small, thin blanket. No solutions no discounts nothing. Don’t accept the booking if you can’t sleep the entire party comfortably. Site was unkempt with trash sitting outside. The lobby, smelled moldy, and like fried food. No one bothered to greet us when we walked in. Party crowd and very noisy. The only positive thing about this place is the location because it’s convenient to Houston. Other than that skip it. This is the only vacation I’ve had where I left more exhausted after a nights sleep."

"I stayed there and was charged an extra night and a snack charge which I never walked to the lobby to get anything. They finally removed extra room charge and have no proof of a "sundry charge" so will be taking it up with my credit card company. If the extreme measures I have had to go to get erroneous charges off, I would have rated my stay as good, but no guest should have to go through 4 phone calls with promises a manager will call back and she/he never did and then to get credited back one charge but not the other is crazy. I have stayed at the other Aloft in Vineyard and was treated much better. Will never stay at this location again."

"The rooms are a little smaller than typical, but we didn't require a lot of room. A/C worked well, and beds/pillows were comfortable enough. Things like the big mirror next to the bed (for the adventurous?) were an interesting touch. The decor is very modern, with the "closet" in the middle of the room, which is odd. The wallpaper in the bathroom was an interesting choice, but serves as a distraction when sitting on the toilet. Think I Spy. A couple of gripes I had were the metal hangars on the "closet bar." If you don't put them close together, they will clang in the night when the A/C is on. Worse is the smoke detector over the bed. For some reason, some fool designer picked a green flashing light on it, which lights up the dark room every 3-5 seconds. A lot of light also comes under the door, but that is easily fixed with a towel."

"The room is dark with very little light. Even the mirror at the bathroom sink is only partially lit from above. There is a lot of unused space in this room, not very well organized or appointed - no desk, no microwave, no end tables for the couch, one small lamp in the entire room and the shower is so weak, I had to stand under it for a hour just to get clean. Do not recommend. There are just so many other options, there's no reason to stay here."
