"Our family was looking for a great pup to add so we have been into this specific store 2-3 times since December. Well for starters the staff can’t seem to stay off their phones. When you approach them with questions they act like you interrupted their entire day. When we asked about several pets, their response was “did you see the card on the glass?” I’m guessing their training reflects their management which you will see in my attached photo. Worst experience at a Petland, ever."

"We bought our Sheepadoodle here. Staff is friendly and the dogs are adorable. 3 stars because they are extremely overpriced. You can find local breeders for more than half the prices here. They say that you get free dog training, but it’s not free, it is definitely in the price you pay for your pet. They should have that as an option, not automatically included. We do love our dog though!"
