"I have been invited to this community 3 times to perform service for residents in this community. All 3 times the residents have called the security gate and advised them that I was coming by and to allow me access to the community to provide the service I was called for. All 3 times I showed up at the security gate the security guard refused to allow me access to your community. Unfortunately from this point on I refuse to provide my services for any griffin gate residents. I always wandered why other service companies refused to provide service for griffin gate residents and now I understand why! Security won’t let them through the gate! I have provided service in every community and subdivision in Lexington and even provided service to the local detention facility and NEVER had a problem accessing the unit to service like I have had a griffin gate. Griffin Gate is the worst community in Lexington and if you want to live under a Hitler type reign where your guest can’t access your community without showing their “papers” then you should pack your bags and move out of America. How can a resident call security and advise them that a service man they invited as a guest will be there in 5 minutes and when the service man arrives allow them access and 5 minutes later a service man in a service van arrives at the security gate and advised security of the name and address of the customer who invited him and security refuses to allow them access even tho the resident just called and told security that I was coming? I am sorry you griffin gate residents have to live like this. How pathetic!"
