"No coffee or tea in rooms . Must go down stairs for beverages. No cups for water. When asked for coffee pot and some cups for water no can do, because maids are gone for the day. Bathtub faucet is coming out of the wall. Been to many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have never experienced this before."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff here. We stayed here 4-5 times a year and have for the past several years when we are in town for dance competitions. The rooms are always clean and nice. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is always so good! I always look forward to our stays here! So does the rest of our team!"

"The front desk attendant was extremely helpful getting my daughter and I a room after a very long day and night at Children’s ER. The room was clean and the bed was soooo soft and comfortable. We slept so well in the comfort of the bed with the room darkener shades I had to make sure it was AM and not PM when we woke up haha. Breakfast was fresh, there was a great variety, and the coffee was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel and look to stay here again in the future."

"I have Stayed in HUNDREDS of hotels in many States during the Course of my Career, and i got to put this Hotel in #1 as the best of them for many Reasons, First for the Great Customer Service, Second the Room service is on Point and but my Favorite thing here is The Breakfast. The Wide Variety of options and change in the menu and the Charismatic attitude of the Kitchen Staff has motivated me to Write this Review."

"Almost a perfect hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. The indoor heated pool is fantastic after a long day. The hotel staff is amazing. They make you feel Like you’re at home. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names, but everyone is happy and hospitable. The lady that does the breakfast is the hotel mom, she’s super sweet. On a size note In-N-Out burger is 1/4 mile away from the hotel. And china town is 10min away with some of the best restaurants available. The one downside that I feel slighted for is in their snack bar a 16.9 oz soda is $4.00. After a hard day of working out of town I came “home” to my hotel room and went for a soda. I felt this was the hotel taking advantage of their guests. This practice is fairly common in the hotel industry and I feel it shouldn’t be. This is why I’m giving this hotel 4 stars for an otherwise amazing stay."
