"My wife and I were here for a business meeting. Our meeting room was clean and modern. But the best part of Courtyard by Marriott Houston was Ms. Linda. She made us feel like the most important people in the hotel by personally making and delivering a coffee to my wife for me when the lobby Starbucks was closed. Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty Ms. Linda. You are incredible!"
"I was here for a weekend, and couldn't have chosen a better spot. All of the staff were kind and courteous. I'm extremely thankful to the housekeeping staff and front desk clerk who helped me with my wedding outfit, as I was in such a bind with the zipper. My room was perfect, and the amenities I utilized during my stay were amazing. There was only one night where I believe a bachelorette party was staying and they had gotten a little loud in the hallway late at night, but that situation was taken care of. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I travel to this area again in the future."
"Had a great stay for overnight. I truly can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone was smiling and so friendly. Definitely uncommon in this day and time. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. I don’t have any complaints. Will definitely keep this one on my lists of places to stay when in town."

"It’s nice to leave a good review for a well deserved place of business. I booked this location for a week staycation- about 30 minutes from home to get some work done and relax! It has been a great experience so far! I can be overly germaphobic staying at hotels and usually don’t walk around without my shoes on, but my room was clean and I didn’t see residue from anyone’s hair in the bathroom, on towels or sheets! This is a huge plus for me! The staff are friendly and it is relatively quiet being near the highway. There’s lot of restaurants and shopping nearby! I love the personal note from management in the elevators with an upfront willingness to make each guest stay the best - or make it right - the mark of great leadership! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wifi was unstable with a weak connection. I had to use my phone hotspot most of the time to work. My tv also popped on by itself welcoming another guest with a different last name, which was a little strange, but I would definitely return for a future stay!"
