"My family and I rent from sage. Our landlord was named Brian. He was the absolute worst. We had a major water leak that drove our water bill to almost $200 a month. He refused to fix anything and due to his refusal I was forced to call code enforcement. After Brian received the call from code enforcement he then called me and cursed me out. Brian stated that he was evicting my family because we had contacted code enforcement. Which from what I was told was very illegal. Brian is nothing more than a slum Lord and deserves to be treated as such."
"I have rented through PMI for around 4 years now, they took over a town home i was renting, I recently moved but stayed with in the company, they are very professional & understanding company and stays on top of their properties Maintance, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. "I was being relocated for work to Tennessee and had to rent out my house in Georgetown, so I researched property management groups in the area and decided on PMI based on reviews and speaking with them in person/on the phone. They seemed very reassuring at first, but as time went by they became more and more stressful to deal with. Unanswered phone calls, emails and text messages, sometimes for days at a time, until I would call AGAIN looking for a response. Being told one thing, then something completely different happening... - I was told cleaners would be in to clean the property within a couple of days, it took almost 2 weeks. We were also told they would give us a quote before cleaning, which never happened. - We were told the listing would be created and posted on multiple sites, they only put it on their home website. WE posted it on Zillow, and it was an applicant from Zillow that WE found that ended up signing the lease. Every person that toured the home came through Zillow, meaning WE had to screen them. PMI did nothing to get potential tenants in. - It was never explained to us how long it took for rent payments to clear (almost until the end of the month) until AFTER I asked, 15 days after the first month’s rent was paid. - PMI didn’t even acknowledge the email I sent about ending our business with them until I reached back out again 2 weeks later and asked if they received it. At which point I was told yes, your account “SHOULD be closed” and your money “SHOULD be paid out” by the end of the week, something I again had to remind them about when the end of the week came and nothing had changed in our PMI account. When I asked whether the tenants had been notified about the management change and who they needed to pay their rent to going forward, the response from PMI was “I guess...” I’m glad everyone else here seems to have had a good experience with PMI, but sadly that is not the case for us. We have since closed our account and switched to a different property management company."
