"Halls smelled of pot and cigarettes. Got attacked by a man that came into my room acting as if to be helping and they kicked me out but are still charging us money from our card."
"My friend and I stayed here for one night since we were traveling and needed a break. We did check in a little late so we weren't at the hotel for very long. I would not recommend staying here for longer than one night, and there's several things one should be aware of when booking here. When you walk in, you're greeted with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and marijuana. It gets worse in the hallways, and the "non-smoking" rooms still reeked of the smell. We had to open a window to attempt to get some of the smell out. I got nauseous in the middle of the night from how bad the smell was and had to sleep with my jacket over my face to attempt to block the smell out. After waking up, I continued to feel nauseous from the smell in the room and the hallways. The beds are uncomfortable. One reviewer said the beds were like child's beds and I agree with that. The bed and sheets were super thin. The "free WiFi" is a little misleading. WiFi is free for one person and you need to pay for additional plans. Be wary of that if you're traveling with a group. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly and I had to wash my hands in the kitchen sink. The bathroom door also doesn't close/lock all the way. I had to push a trash can against the door to keep the door closed. The tub looked moldy and disgusting. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or when I was walking in the hallways by myself. The walls were really thin. My friend was woken up several times throughout the night from the noise coming next door. The rooms do have a stovetop, microwave, and full-sized fridge. Those could be nice if you are staying here long-term. The front desk was helpful when we were having an issue with the lights in our room. However, due to the things I mentioned above, I would not recommend staying here long-term. This hotel does serve a use if you need to stay somewhere in a pinch, but anyone should be wary of these things and read the reviews if you want to stay here longer."
"Bed was comfortable, there was hot water with ok pressure, and the fridge was full size. Room was only used for an 8-9 hour sleep so I didn't contact anyone about the following issues. Room smelled musty upon entry but that seemed to go away eventually. The all-hardwood floors really needed sweeping and mopping. TV had no remote nor a power cable. Toilet paper wasn't filled. The only towel had a substance on it, though the towel smelled clean. Waste bins were mostly but not completely empty. Dust had collected on surfaces like the metal frame of the bed, metal frame of a chair, seeming like they never got at least an annual wipe down. For the price I'd stay again if purely for sleeping, and I'd be sure to request toilet paper and towels next time."
"I really didn't want to stay at this location because my brother in law who is staying at this location the company he works for is paying for it and he told me not top stay here but my husband insisted so we stayed upon arriving no one was at the desk waited about 5 minutes and then I tell her I want to know if they have any availability she tells me to hold on sends another lady and she wasn't very nice. I go to my room first thing I did was check the bed and the sheets are dirty and so I immediately remove the sheets and go request for new sheets lady tells me they are running low on sheets. Beds are very cheap it's like sleeping on a little kids bed you can move it around. I thought it would break under me. I will never stay at this location. First thing before 7am it was already loud people walking around talking so loud."
"If the people working the front desk were any type of rude, I would have given 1 star, but they weren't. However, the rooms were terrible. Never in my life have I ever been in a place that I'm paying for where the shower doesn't work. To be specific, the water ran, but there wasn't a lever or knob to have the water come out of the shower head. On top of that, the lighting was less than sufficient, the room key card lock was broken which made it incredibly difficult to get into the room, and all the appliances were dirty and beat up. What made it worse is that I have coworkers that had other rooms there, and before I could mention the issues I had, they all had their own individual issues. In hindsight, I should have known that something was up when I was asked if I had referrals (any family members or coworkers that needed a place to stay) BEFORE I was even assigned a room."
