"Clean and quiet, slept so well. Housekeeping could tighten up on small details but its cleaner than most and bed was comfortable."

"Checked in here last night 12/6, first room was dirty, hair in the tubs, stuff all over the night stand and sink/mirror, so I requested a room change. Second room smelled like cigarettes and had unknown stains throughout. Not clean, disgusting. They REFUSED to refund me because I booked through a third party.. RUN"

"Staff was friendly. Rooms need new mattresses. If you're used to fresh and new in a hotel, pay more and go to Fairfield inn, in same area. They need to do some detailing in the rooms. Probably understaffed when it comes to the maids."

"Very clean, updated hotel. Room was nice and big, bed, two armchairs and a desk. Breakfast was great, lots of cooked and cold options. Keep in mind there is no elevator, so if that’s a problem for you, request a first floor room."

"On check in, we were a bit late (10pm). There were two members of the staff there and they were more concerned with their conversation (in their native language) than they were with us. We stood at the counter for over 30 minutes while he worked on the computer, carried on a conversation with the other teammate. I have no idea if he was having difficulties either the computer or just wasn't paying attention. Good (even mediocre) customer service seems to be a thing of the past at this location."
