"DONT BOOK HERE!! Don’t book here. Simple. Staff is rude and impatient. Rooms are so outdated and they stink. My room smelled like a senior citizen home. I came here for a business trip and had to work an extra day. I really hate the room but i didn’t plan on being in it anyway for the whole day so I was trying to extend for another day on my phone and some lady kept banging on the door trying to get me to come do it downstairs (Which is obviously more expensive) But i made it clear i was trying to rebook and she kept trying to get me to either come downstairs or leave. I didn’t appreciate how literally every two minutes she banging on the door and we LITERALLY were the only people in the building lol there were no other rooms booked. I’m trying to rebook again and on the app it says the hotel is full i laughed. Then she comes again and at this point my lady is ready to go off so i said i will sit in the car and book another hotel before i constantly get disrespected. She said some things that was disrespectful as an employee she was unprofessional. Short mexican lady. It’s a hotel next door that’s literally updated and had a parking lot full of people and i highly suggest that one as that is the one i booked after basically getting kicked out of this haunted outdated stinky hotel. Only thing that’s good about it is its 10 mins from the airport but so is all the other ones lol. Good luck"

"We were paying cash weekly 320 for cause we were work in the area then a new owner took over an raised it to 385 a week which was not to bad but still a little high, but the said the won't clean the rooms unless we ask them before they did. After they told us the gonna raised the rent to 500 a week an it was to much for use so we moved out an tried to get our money back for the the days we didn't stay an the refused to give it an didn't get our deposit back either cause they said the need the deposit to do a deep clean but what about our days we didn't use. So we went back to pick up thing we left an they told us they through it in the trash but even though the room is still ours because they said we check out even though we didn't an we paid for these days the room is still ours if not refund us the money but they won't"

"Do not stay here specially if traveling with kids. Hotel is nasty. If Google could let me share pictures, I'll show how nasty and dirty our room was. With dirty linen and pillow covers and broken window curtain and no breakfast even though at the time of booking it said breakfast was included. When we came down with the family, we were told they wrapped up breakfast early because they didn't have enough food. And I thought the pandemic was over. I don't recommend the hotel. Front desk people are rude."

"This is a bad hotel. The rooms are dirty. Carpet has bad stains. Looks like they don't change sheets in the rooms. Bedsheets and pillow covers had stains and holes. I booked 2 rooms for one night and regretted the moment I entered the rooms. Awful smell. Beds didn't have any blankets only sheets. Missing mirror in one room and the other room had a crack in the mirror. Floor tiles have cracks. Bathtubs are nasty. Hotel staff is rude. They told me the breakfast was served till 10.00 am and when I came down for breakfast around 9.30 the place looked clean as if there was never any breakfast ever served. Upon asking the front desk I was told that they ran out of breakfast so they closed it earlier. So much for paying more for a room with breakfast included. Worst decision to make when traveling with kids and family to stay at a nasty hotel of this kind."

"I can not say enough good things about this place. I called at noon to see if we could check in early and she was able to have the room done at 1:30 even though we weren’t suppose to get in til 3. The suite room is huge(like my three kids under 10 had so much room to run and play while in the room, comfy beds, full kitchen and the hotel staff are the most accommodating, nice and helpful people. They will be the reason our family returns. Went from staying the weekend to four days thanks to the lady up front who gave us a deal. They also brought us extra bedding so everyone was comfy. No matter how many times my kids stopped to talk to them or asked a million and one questions in five minutes they listened and responded to them just as if we’d asked ourselves. Then unexpectedly the lights went out for the whole hotel and all the hotels nearby they quickly made sure everything and everyone was okay, got someone out here and had the power on within 20min. Then this morning we went to get breakfast and the lady was down there and offered my daughter her own oat milk when I mentioned she has an allergy to dairy and even recommended somewhere we could go to eat that offered options she could have. We made this trip for a celebration gift for our littles who worked hard this school year and it was so nice returning here everyday after all our running around. We’re already planning our next stay and highly recommend this place to anyone (especially big families like ours)… won’t regret it."
