"We had to look elsewhere because first room had a dirty bathroom, 2nd room they moved us into reeked of smoke, despite front lobby person claiming its non smoking. Her solution was spraying room with Febreze. Thought it would be decent and wanted to save a few bucks, but honestly don't stay here!"

"This place is falling apart. It's the most rundown large chain affiliated hotel I've ever been to. And the location sucks, what a headache to get there, even with gps."

"This hotel was so bad, it was basically a glorified motel. Not worth the money at all. The staff was not helpful and did not seem to care about satisfying their customers. Every time I needed something, I had to wait (up to 10 mins at one point) for someone to just show up to the front desk. No bell or anything either to alert the employees that spmeone is waiting for them at the front desk. When we checked-in, the concierge failed to inform us about the breakfast or the wifi information. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, and so was the entire hotel for that matter, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We got in pretty late, so we slept the first night and then informed the front desk in the morning. They did absolutely nothing about it. When we called Priceline about it, they were of no help either. The Priceline representative actually hung up the phone in the middle of the interaction when trying to resolve it. Anyway, Priceline and the hotel refused to refund us our money DESPITE THE COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT BEING NON-SMOKING AND HAVING A ROOM SMELL LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE (WHICH CAN BE DETRIMENTAL TO A GUESTS' HEALTH). The breakfast was below subpar. There was hardly any selection of food and they never replaced it once it was finished, even if breakfast hours were still in effect (in a completely booked hotel, mind you). They turned off the lights in the dining area as soon as breakfast hours terminated, even when 3 separate parties (including myself) were still eating in the dining area. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel (and this is all coming from someone to spent $70/night to sleep in the Tenderloin of San Francisco with roaches. Yes, it was that bad). Not worth it, not even in the slightest."
