"Room smelled like Beef noodles and found small roaches floating in the toilet. The staff was real nice, though. Mayhap I just had a fluke room. One thing is for sure, I didn't want that room, and all others were full so I left."

"Place smelled like smoke , dirty stained bathrooms. Ink or red dye in bath tub and sink. Cigarette buts and trash under the beds. Needs urgent attention. Management please take these seriously. You're in a great location. I'd love to come back to a much better experience."

"This place is a terrible place for an extended stay. When I first came here, the room that they gave me smelled so bad that I stayed somewhere else the first night. I came back only because I had already put down a deposit, and I was able to get another room. This room also had an odor but not as bad as the first room. I was able to neutralize the odor. The toilet in the bathroom was hideous. Under the rim, there was a bunch of caked on gunk that took me over a week of cleaning to remove. If I was able to clean it, then this housekeeping team could have also. This place doesn't just have roaches. It has rats too. I saw one run under the bed. There is a lot of movement behind the refrigerator and in the wall near the refrigerator but telling the office is like telling no one. Housekeeping is supposed to come every 14 days but they don't. When you ask about the next scheduled cleaning, the office will tell you that housekeeping came on an assigned day when you can clearly see that they hadn't. You would think it would be an easy fix to send someone out, but they won't. The trouble with this place is that they already know about all of these issues and more from previous guests, but they choose to do nothing."

"This place sucks but I wish I had stayed here for the entirety of my business trip. I freaked out over DEAD bed bugs and decided to try my luck elsewhere. I ended up being bounced around the other three ESA locations and they all sucked a little bit more than this one. There were HUNDREDS of bed bug carcasses, but at least no live ones and I wish I would have stuck it out here."

"Hair was all over the bedding as well as in the shower, it wasn't even cleaned. When I let the staff know they had me walk over to get new sheets and didn't even have me put into a new room for the bathroom issue. The next day we woke up to living cockroaches next to the night stand/phone. When I went to check out they said that they can't give me credit or a refund. I left because it was so nasty I went two days later to get a bag that I left and it was still in the room that they had housekeeping "clean". The ladies were nice but the guy manager was rude.....Honestly wasn't gonna write this but it came up on my email real quickly. I will never stay at these again...I had no idea it was so disgusting. They should give an option for zero stars"
