Culebra Motel 5812 Culebra Road, San Antonio, TX 78228

"Christmas Eve me and my family had plumbing issues at our house and my wife had called them two days before Christmas Eve and then again on Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas Day we decided to go over to spend a day at this motel to use showers was the main reason. On all phone calls my wife explained situation to a lady on the phone and told her the amount of family members we have and was given the same price over the course of days until we made the decision to go over on the bus. Mind everyone that my mother is elderly and in a wheelchair. So Christmas Day in the afternoon we get on bus and make the trip to this motel and when we get to the window to pay this man tells us we need to rooms and basically made the price double. He proceeded to tell us cash only and the entire parking lot was empty so we figured this guys was hustling money for his pocket. Be careful with this place if they this bad on Christmas Day imagine how they behave on a regular day throughout the year."

"Front lady was a bit rude. Our room smeld bad. And I kept finding bugs in there. Bed was a bit filled with stains. Oh and no visitors allowed. It sucks. 2 day stay 130$"
