"Had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. We booked through a third party and upon arrival the front desk lady would not allow us to check into our pre-paid room. She said my bank card was not allowed and could not be put on file for the $20 incidental fee. All she would say is “it’s policy”. I bawled my eyes at and my boyfriend called Valet to have our car brought back to us and then drove three hours straight back home. The hotel or third party won’t refund me. Both scams. Try another hotel and book directly :)"

"My stay was wonderful. I was in town visiting my daughter and had a wonderful time. From check in to check out was fantastic. Great breakfast, my room was very nice and the valets were also very quick. Very nice location just block away from the Alamo. Thank you very much to everyone for a fantastic experience."

"Not worth the money. We had pubes in 3 corners of our shower when we arrived. Wallpaper is starting to peel. The knob came off the stove in the kitchen area. The hotel rooms seem to be very outdated for what we paid for. The fourth floor reeked of old garbage. I was talking to another young lady on the floor about the awful smell and she proceeded to pull up her sleeves and show me the red bites she had received all over her arms and back from their hotel bed. YUCK. I would not recommend coming here. Only giving 2 stars because of the staff and location."

"Clean, modern. Love that it has a kitchenette with a nice size refrigerator for leftovers or ingredients. Breakfast included . Pool is small but that's all the kids really need. Kitchenette is fully equipped. Staff very helpful."
