"Great location near river walk and Alamodome. Was able to walk to both. Hotel was nice. My only complaint was the dust and cleanliness of our room. Probably one of the dustiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in (headboard, room divider, stands, etc). There was also a pretzel and crumbs on the floor which leads me to believe the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly after the last guests. I never expected that because the rooms and hotel is so nice. Currently still dealing with allergies from the dust. Other than that it was a great stay. Hopefully this review will prompt them to look into better housekeeping."

"Service: The valet service was my first impression of the hotel. The attendant was polite and friendly (as were all employees I encountered), but there was a rather long wait, as two vehicles were blocking the hotel's entrance. Once inside the building, check-in was efficient. Rooms: The decor is beautiful, just as pictured. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed it. My only complaint is the noise; it was very loud at night when the bars closed (shouting, cars honking, etc). The A/C unit kept the room comfortable but again, was very loud (rattling all night). Location: This hotel isn't "on" the Riverwalk, but most people would find it a pretty easy walk (about 15 minutes or so). The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but I felt comfortable walking to and from the Riverwalk. It's very convenient if you're traveling around the area by car, as we did to go to the rodeo. All in all, it's a lovely hotel in a good location (especially for the price). If you don't mind a bit of a walk, you can save quite a bit of money by staying here."

"Although we only stay one night, our experience in this hotel was fantastic given the accommodations and service provided. The room was extremely spacious, bathroom super clean and beds very comfortable. We had never stayed at Aiden hotels before, but going forward I will make sure to find them in our next trip. Thanks a lot for one of the most enjoyable hotel experience we ever had, however brief it was; and looking fwd to coming back to SA just to be able to stay at the Aiden hotel!"

"We stayed at the hotel while we were at a Convention. There was a mishap with our room and they quickly made it right and gave us royal treatment and upgraded us. Everyone were all smiles our entire stay. The breakfast croissants are good also! We even met one of the owners who was hosting an event there as we were leaving out. I took a picture of him and my fiance'. He was the kindest soul!! We will return. Our housekeeper Robert is 5 ⭐! Thank you all for making us feel like valued customers. And the renovations there... I felt like we were downtown Chicago!! Very nice!!! We'll be back!"

"Rating this 5/5 for the price, location, cleanliness and convenience. We took a short (one night) trip to San Antonio with 3 kids to see a high school football game at the Alamodome (0.4 mile walk) We booked the king bed with pull-out sofa. It was perfect for what we needed and had most of what we wanted. I did miss having a microwave for late night popcorn but did come with mini fridge. There is $20 per day VALET at this little gem with unlimited in/out. They were actually very quick. I’m pretty hard to please in the hotel department and I had zero complaints. To be extremely fair I went in with $146 per night expectations and it far exceeded that."
