"This hotel has gotten a little better and I mean a little. There attitudes have gotten a lot better towards customers. Again I would only get this hotel if u have no other choice but the one thing I will give them is they don't have roaches or rats like a lot of other places. And to me that's a big one."

"The only reason they got 1 star was because they gave me a full refund…after arguing with them. As you can see by the photos there is stuff written of items, stains on every layer of the bedding, mold and bugs under the sink of the bathroom and mold/mildew in the shower, me and my boyfriend were in the room for less than 10 minutes before we had to leave because of how unsanitary the conditions were. If they wouldn’t have given me a full refund they would have gotten 0 stars, because they tried to say that they don’t give refunds after 5 minutes after the purchase when it took us 10 minutes to even get back and into the room. The area it is in isn’t the greatest but not the worst either, but the random possibly homeless that were wondering around, and smoking who knows what, definitely didn’t make it any better."

"This place is trash. The employees are very rude. One employee accused my son of stealing a tv mind you my son is only 12 yrs. Then they accused us of damaging the room. I took pictures of how the room looked before we got another room. Then the other room we got didn't have no hot water and the ac/heater didn't work. So I called co-compliance and the police because they were trying to accused us of stuff we didn't do. Then the lady that works there is all geeked up. They only refunded us $10."
