"What an awesome hotel and staff. So clean , staff is awesome , rooms are so clean. We will be back to this hotel. Family of 5 3 kids two adults slept well comfy beds and the breakfast is awesome. Get valet it’s better"

"If you’re going to stay here and are fortunate enough to get placed on the street side… be prepared for a 5AM wake up call, every morning, Monday-Saturday, by trash trucks across the street. This process lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. Stayed here for 5 days on business, no heads up whatsoever. When asked about it, front desk was oblivious. The valet informed us about the trash service. Thrilled to be leaving this place."

"Beautiful property with Riverwalk view. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. Breakfast is satisfying with eggs, meats, several breads, plus continental selections. Staff is polite & accommodating. Walking distance to several restaurants, including Range which I highly recommend. Lobby is festive for the holidays."

"Friendly front desk. Comfortable room. Good location. I was rather disappointed in the fact only 1 elevator (of 3 available) was working for the entire hotel and stairwells weren't clearly marked so could even consider using the stairs. The most alarming thing was the return of my car from valet. The chair was completely adjusted, the radio changed, my sunglasses on the passenger floorboard and they helped themselves to a cliff bar I had in there. Just left an unsettling feeling for me. I'm being generous and still giving 4 stars."
