"Awesome hotel, wonderful San Antonio ambience. Great host for business functions. The entire weekend stay was top notch. A slight (very small) billing hiccup and as soon as it was identified Jennifer Garcia, in reservations (which this was not her department but didn't want to keep me on hold), told me she would hold until she had it corrected and would email me the updated and corrected invoice. Within 20 minutes Jennifer had that emailed to me. It made it more special as Jennifer did not have access to the records that was incorrect because that was not her department, however, it appeared that Jennifer took guest services so seriously that any guest issue became her "department" when the correct department was busy and she owned the issue and followed through to completion and then followed up with me personally. The entire stay and facility was absolutely A+ top notch, beautiful and ALL THE STAFF treated all the guests with such great concern. During our first night our server Brittany, remembered my drink order right from the start and continued to call me by name for the rest of the evening offering that comforting welcoming feeling. Great job to everyone. We were at the hotel for a weekend business meeting and they did not disappoint. Kudos, highly recommend for personal, business, or banquet functions!"

"This is hotel is beautiful. Very elegant and upscale. The rooms seem to be remodeled and very nice and spacious. Bar service is excellent. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Only complaint is Valet wrecked our car as soon as we got there. The Asst Manager was very prompt in letting us know and is working with us to repair our truck. Other than this minor hiccup, truly enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff were just fantastic. Just a couple of FYI notes for travelers who may want to know: 1. Bathroom door is barn door style. It does not dampen noise and there is no bathroom fan to offset. 2. Room fan is quiet. If you like white noise you’ll need to bring a travel fan. 3. Really close to everything and is quiet. 4. Did I mention the staff is fantastic?"
