"Worst service ever. I had a temporary card which I had to use to stay there at told the attendent when I asked about my refund of my deposit. The man at the counter told me don’t worry it will go back to your account even if it’s a temporary card bc it’s the same account. A month and half later I’m being told I can’t get my deposit back bc I have a new card. And that I have to just basically cut it a loss. I call to speak to manager and they give me the run around. I will never stay here again"

"You get what you’ve paid for! We’ve stayed at worse and usually not picky , as long as we have a roof over our heads. But this experience wasn’t a horrible one but my back disagrees. Lol the bed was like concrete , no pictures on wall, no outlets except 1, one towl in room. Again, we normally come even complain and this isn’t a complaint really just an observation. The beds are horrible. Stayed for 2 days , came from Dallas to leave with sore neck and backs. Try to get softer beds motel 6. Be much appreciated. Other than that, all was fine …"

"Very accommodating. Both the man and woman at the front desk are kind and professional . We recently started visiting this place and love it for the consistent rate and convenience of the bus route. They are doing some renovations so parts of it are under construction at times but only in order to make the place nicer so we don't mind. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place. Q"

"For all the bad reviews this location got, my 5 day stay was a good to very good experience. It’s not really a place for the family (no pool and in a “questionable” area with many homeless wandering about outside the fences) but for flying solo, it was perfect for me. The office staff (they can come off as stand-offish at first) was respectful and pleasant after being there a couple days. Office is open 24 hours which is important to me as I work nights. My room was clean, all appliances worked great, and was quiet for being close to I-10. It was well lit and the staff wandered the property regularly. It has outdoor cameras everywhere. It has a 6 foot fence all the way around it to keep foot traffic to a minimum. Housekeeping was done every day and that staff was very nice. The deposit is only $20 and I got it back within days after checking out. I will return again when needed. Thank you!"
