"The room was very quiet. They did allow us to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding. The room, however, had some problems. The TV didn't work, there was no coffee pot (though there was coffee?), and the bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast was good, but probably would not stay there again."

"Do not go to this hotel!!!!! Terrible Service! Very rude, failed in having common courtesy! They failed to inform at what time check out is, and then decide to charge my card without any prior notice for an extra day, no call in advance to inform me of this charge or what I could do to prevent it, and then when I arrive at my room they are taking my luggage out as trash, when they have already decided that they would consider my late checkout as an extra day of stay. Manager has a horrible attitude and does not consider the customer. All they care about is finding ways in how they can charge you extra. No explanation was really given!!!"

"Stayed here this past weekend. Breakfast was really good and all staff did an outstanding job being hospitable. I will definitely mark this as a preferred hotel!!! Rooms are roomy and all of my needs were met."

"We’ve stayed here over the weekend 14-15 October for a youth football game. The hotel room wasn’t too bad but needs some TLC. We booked a king size bed but got doubles but that’s ok; beds are nice and soft. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and they may need to paint walls in room and bathroom and dust the HVAC system. There was very little body wash when we arrived Saturday night; however, the next day, we requested body wash and the woman at the front desk, who was very pleasant and professional, provided a few bars of soap for us. We didn’t know we’d end up where there were a good bit of homeless people, but such is life. We got up to leave early to travel back to Dallas on Sunday, 15 October to find our back window busted out; we think this happened between Saturday 9pm-6am Sunday morning. Luckily, we didn’t have valuables in there because they looked but didn’t take anything. I don’t believe this hotel has as many cameras out side as they do inside. The hotel staff could not release footage to us. We called police, but the police department took a police report by phone. We parked in the back of Saltgrass Steakhouse. Saturday, 14 October, night when we pulled up to the hotel to park, we did notice a woman trying to enter the side of the hotel but she walked off and kept looking back at us when she saw us unloading our car. Although staff was nice, we don’t believe we’ll return. Probably need to add security guards to manage parking lot. Thank you."
