"The staff were super friendly and nice. The area itself was pretty good and upon turning into the establishment looks nice and well kept. My first impression of the room was it wasn’t too bad, however after preparing for bed we found tons of hair and lint in the bed sheets and then later on the towels. Also no toiletries like the mini shampoo/conditioners were provided. The beds are incredibly outdated, very springy with no support. However, for just needing somewhere for a night, it did the job and we wouldn’t mind coming back to the location if need be. The place honestly isn’t too far from being an amazing hotel. If they would work on better housekeeping and invest in some better beds, I think this place could be a really awesome place!"

"All I have to say is the lady in the office is awesome. My boyfriend and I are homeless at this time and at times didn't have money for a room so we would stay outside until we could get money for a room. She saw us out there but never told us to leave when I'm sure any where else they would of told you to leave the property but she never did because she knew what we we're going through. Thank you Ms. N for your compassion it meant a lot to us. You are a wonderful person with a good heart."

"After paying for room, walked in room and it was filthy and dirty. Some sticky stuff on table and sheets stained. Walked right out and requested money back because my family was not going to stay in this filth. They would not refund my money and kept wanting to give me another room. We left and never received refund. Do NOT waste your money on this hotel. Many more around that are way better."

"They charge me for a refrigerator and microwave went to first room it did not have either. Second room the comforters looked dirty. I asked for better looking ones. Then the curtain had a burn on it with a hole in it. To top it off we couldn’t change the channel on our tv with the two remotes that were in the room. We to the office that morning was told they would take care of. They did not. I went back to the office and finally a gentleman came to fix it. The toilet seat was loose. I could on and on!!!"
