"Stayed for 3 weeks when I had a kidney stone which interrupted my traveling across country and I was extremely happy with my stay. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was like an efficiency apt. No complaints at all. Felt safe. Plenty of food options in the area. Very reasonable weekly rate too. Great WiFi and cable package. Would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work!"

"Great place to stay, a little pricey but what isn't now and again today. Great customer service from Bill, who is always helpful. Great features to the complex include elongated toilets, full size shower, on site laundry, very insulated rooms. When it is 40 degrees outside your room with heater or no heater will be a 76 degrees internally. You can pay per week or per month, depending on your situation. There are many great things to do around the area within walking distance. There is a park near by which if you feel like it can walk to, not far at all. Great shops for you to get your groceries even, other laundromat's if you don't want to use on site laundry facilities. The shops around the area within walking distance are Baskin Robbins, Arbys, Circle K, Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, Raising canes, Walgreens etc."

"Bill/ front office, was easy to work with. The stay was not really that comfortable due to the roaches. The roaches were the only thing that had me thinking of leaving but I just dealt with it. To pay for a place like this is convenient but it does need a spray for insects and rodents for the cold months/seasons."

"The GM Bill/Will had the WORST customer service me, my wife have ever experienced. We have an ESA (emotional support animal) and he basically kicked us out of the motel over not having the paperwork although she has severe PTSD, other mental health disorders although her Dr was sending it that day after church which he wouldn’t wait for although we had paid for 2 weeks stay here. Robert, the other manager are wonderful & should replace him and Bill/Will should be FIRED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. The only reason he’s in his position of power is he either has family that owns the place, or his narcissism was confused for a sense of confidence which unfortunately happens all too often. I’ll also be contacting corporate about how poorly we were treated. Also, it’s APPALLING the lack of PRIVACY. You can expect Will/Bill to frequently enter your room while you’re not there for the entirety of your stay there, and I documented PROOF of this below as he was in my neighbors room anywhere from 7-15 minutes ALONE, and he pretended to merely be cleaning the windows which I HIGHLY DOUBT is NECESSARY as there’s HOUSEKEEPING that cleans the rooms there regularly & HE is NOT a part of the Housekeeping Staff. He’s just a misogynistic, disrespectful, arrogant prick who abuses the very little power he has because it feeds his narcissism & makes him feel superior to others regardless of his inferior level of education, wisdom, compassion, & understanding of providing common decency displaying respect, exercising the most common/elementary forms of customer service. Neither me or my wife will EVER be staying at your motel again. I documented him doing this to my neighbors unit and I know he entered ours unit multiple times whilst we were absent from the room which is ABSURD. Who knows if he’s stealing from the rooms, or if you have a wife she could be exposed or showering or you could be making love, and this perv/creeper/potential thief will enter your room as long as you don’t answer upon the first few knocks, and do whatever he pleases although you’re paying for privacy, and for your belongings/cash not to be robbed from you. The room was nice, but our A/C unit was small and didn’t cool well enough. Also the fridge, and kitchen sink leaked copious amounts of water onto the floor, the carpet seemed dirty, and for a tall guy I’m 6’2” the beds are rather small, short even for a queen I could barely fit without my feet dangling off the edge. "I stayed here two times now visiting my boyfriend in San Antonio while searching for an apartment. First time was just week and second almost 2 months, I was very comfortable, front office super nice and helpful, cable channels are good and internet access. I would stay here again and let family know it’s a good places to stay while visiting."
